Showcasing Weber Vacuum Group Technology
As the exclusive Australian distributor for Weber Vacuum Group, we’ll be showcasing the latest in European vacuum cooling and vacuum freeze drying technology at FoodPro 2026.
Vacuum cooling is a rapid pre-cooling technology that removes field heat from products in minutes rather than hours — dropping temperatures from 90°C+ to below 5°C in a single cycle. It’s already transforming bakeries, fresh produce operations, prepared meal manufacturers, and meat processors across Australia and around the world.
Vacuum freeze drying is one of the most exciting product innovations in the food industry right now. The Weber WeDry range preserves up to 97% of a product’s original nutrients, colour, and flavour — creating lightweight, shelf-stable products with a 2+ year shelf life and no need for artificial preservatives.
