Our standard vacuum-cooling line spans the entire cook-to-chill journey. Compact entry units pull foods from 80–100 °C down to ~30 °C in minutes with no external refrigeration. Mid-range chambers pair with a hydronic loop to drop product from 30 °C to storage temperature while slashing refrigerant and power demand. For high-volume production, hybrid systems combine both techniques to take full oven loads straight to cold storage in one pass—delivering maximum speed, minimal energy use, and low maintenance.
