Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated full time Electronics Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. You will be involved in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of advanced electronic systems for refrigeration and cooling applications, supporting our mission to deliver integrated, high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electronic components and control systems used in industrial refrigeration, mobile cooling systems, and energy systems.
- Develop and review circuit diagrams, schematics, PCB layouts, and embedded system designs (e.g., microcontrollers).
- Design and implement embedded software for control and automation systems.
- Test and validate electronic hardware and integrated systems in line with Australian standards (AS/NZS).
- Supervise or support the installation and commissioning of electronic control systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, mechanical, software) to ensure end-to-end integration of systems.
- Apply effective troubleshooting, protection, and safety procedures for ongoing support and compliance.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics engineering or related field with two plus year’s full time post qualification experience.
- Experience with tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, SolidWorks Electrical.
- Strong understanding of embedded control systems, sensors, and circuit protection.
- Familiarity with Australian standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Prior field installation or commissioning experience is a plus.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Australia.
