We are currently looking for an experienced leader to take on the role of Lead Engineer at Heuch Cooling Solutions. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our engineering operations and driving the success of our projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the day-to-day activities of the engineering team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the engineering team.
Collaborate with the business development team to support quoting and winning new projects.
Work closely with the Purchasing Manager to source cost-effective solutions, ensuring timely BOM deliveries and providing technical project support.
Partner with the Production Manager to enable the factory floor by developing and maintaining processes, documentation, and communication for smooth project execution.
Implement measures to track and report on progress towards success.
