Heuch Cooling Solutions is an Australian-owned company, specialising in high-performance cooling systems across industries such as mining, defence, manufacturing, and food processing.
An exciting opportunity to join our in-house Service Team is on offer for a recently qualified Refrigeration Technician or near completion of apprenticeship.
This role is based in Dandenong South, working across Metropolitan Melbourne and with some interstate work required from time to time.
You will have all relevant trade qualifications and licenses to perform your duties, including a valid driver’s license, WWCC etc.

Key Responsibilities:
– Performing Refrigeration & HVAC maintenance, breakdowns/repairs and equipment installation/upgrades.
– Working with clients and co-workers.
– Providing detailed maintenance and service reports with attention to detail.
– A commitment to safety and compliance.
– Building relationships with clients and our team.
– On call on a rotating roster basis.
About you:
– You are reliable and trustworthy.
– You are a great communicator with a customer centric mindset.
– You take pride in your appearance.
– You have a technical aptitude, (mechanical, electrical and controls)
– You are self-driven and motivated in your role.
– You provide outstanding customer service.
– Have completed or near completion of your refrigeration trade qualification.
– Have a current Victorian Drivers license and have full working rights, ideally Australian Citizen.
